I had my garage door this morning not opening at all. I called firtline and they made it out to my house within 1-1/2 . Super knowledgeable they recommended to
reinforce my motor bracket they noticed it was installed on an angle that wasn't my issue I had no clue so they fixed that as well and changed out my spring they showed it to me it had broken in half . All in about 2 hours super clean , friendly. And educated me on using special spray to lube the springs and hardware yearly . Thank you helping and making it right for my family and I. Highly recommend .
See you guys in the summer to upgrade my door opener to a 3/4 side mounted unit like we discussed. Thank you .
