Liftmaster Swing Gate Opener And New Gate

We received a job from our old customer to install a new gate with Opener. We approved the design and started installing the new gate a week later. The color chosen was black, and the opening width was 15 feet. The posts were installed, and then the new gate was installed. Site Preparation

The installation began with a complete site survey. I inspected the openings and support frames of the gate area and decided on a double-opening gate. We also cleared obstructions and checked the landscape for any potential problems.

 Gate installation

We then mounted the new gate and also installed the opening device. This includes:

• Attaching the gate hinges to the post.
•  Make sure the gate is level and aligned.
• Checked that the gate is in working order.

LiftMaster swing gate opener

The installation of the LiftMaster swing gate opener was as follows:

1. Brackets were attached to the gate post and to the gate.

2. The opener (DC motor kit with screwdriver) was mounted on the brackets and leveled.

3. The control box was installed in the correct position within reach of the opener’s power cable.

Note :The control box should be positioned so as not to interfere with the gate.

 Connections and Wiring

After installation, the team continued with the wiring:

•  A waterproof connector is connected to the opener cable to the control box.
• The wires were connected to the appropriate ports in the gate motor connector on the control board.
•  The power wires were routed and connected to the control box, and the AC power was disconnected during the process. Safety First.

 Optional Accessories
