My Airbnb guests broke the garage door around 9 PM. I called Firstline and spoke with Alex — he answered right away, which was a pleasant surprise that late in the evening. By the next morning, he had replaced the door and repaired all the damage. The price was very reasonable, especially for an emergency call. I’ve used them 2–3 times now — always fast, professional, easy to work with, and fair on pricing. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the company’s work! They installed a Genie 7155LD garage door opener — everything was done quickly, neatly, and professionally. I had my garage door this morning not opening at all. I called firtline and they made it out to my house within 1-1/2 . Super knowledgeable they recommended to
reinforce my motor bracket they noticed it was installed on an angle that wasn't my issue I had no clue so they fixed that as well and changed out my spring they showed it to me it had broken in half . All in about 2 hours super clean , friendly. And educated me on using special spray to lube the springs and hardware yearly . Thank you helping and making it right for my family and I. Highly recommend .
See you guys in the summer to upgrade my door opener to a 3/4 side mounted unit like we discussed. Thank you .

I used them to replace a broken spring on my garage door and received a very prompt response and very reasonable quote for the work. They showed up on my schedule fixed it, cleaned up and left. Very polite and courteous crew with no pressure or hard selling for other related issues.
